Ordering & Payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives — nothing upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, plus the online payment options shown at checkout.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes reordering and tracking easier.
How do the "Select Any 2" and "Select Any 3" bundles work?
Add the bundle to your cart, then write your fragrance choices in the order notes at checkout. We pack and ship them together.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 6–8 working days
- Other cities and rural areas: 7–10 working days
How much is delivery?
Free on orders above Rs. 4,500. Below that, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We ship through PostEx. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, and you can track it from the "Track your order" link in our footer.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not currently. We deliver within Pakistan only.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery, on every Bouyesh fragrance.
What if the bottle arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you receive it and we'll sort it out.
What if I don't like the scent?
Our 14-day policy covers you. But honestly, the better answer is to try before you commit — our sample packs give you five 5ml testers for Rs. 1,500, which is cheaper than guessing wrong on a full bottle.
About Our Fragrances
Where do your fragrance oils come from?
Our fragrance oils are imported from France and the UAE — the two centres of the global fragrance industry. France for its perfumery houses, the UAE for oud and oriental materials.
This is a large part of why our fragrances perform the way they do. The oil is the fragrance; everything else is packaging.
What concentration are your perfumes?
All Bouyesh fragrances are Extrait de Parfum in 50ml bottles. Extrait carries a higher fragrance-oil percentage than EDP or EDT, which is why longevity is strong across the range.
How long do they last?
It depends on the fragrance, and we list the honest figure on every product page. Light citrus scents like Whisper last 5–7 hours. Ouds and heavy ambers like Eternal Oud run 11–13 hours.
Anyone claiming 24-hour longevity on any perfume is overselling. Skin type, weather and where you apply it all affect the result.
What does "nearest match" mean?
It means the fragrance is built to smell close to a well-known original — not that it is that original. We are not affiliated with Creed, Dior, Chanel, Tom Ford, YSL or any other house we reference.
Expect a scent that reads as recognisably similar, especially in the opening and heart. Don't expect an identical match — the rarest materials in a Rs. 90,000 bottle are part of why it costs that. We'd rather you buy knowing the truth.
We also make nine Signature Scents that aren't impressions of anything.
Are your perfumes original or first copy?
Neither. They're our own fragrances, made in our own bottles under our own name, using oils imported from France and the UAE. Some are impressions of well-known scents, some are entirely ours. We never sell counterfeit product or claim a bottle is something it isn't.
Which fragrance should I choose?
Start with the season. Citrus, aquatic and light florals work in Pakistani heat; oud, leather, tobacco and gourmands are for winter. Every product page lists the season and the reasoning.

Are they unisex?
Several are — Cobalt, Ophion, Empire, Whisper, Velvet, Noir and all three ouds. Each product page states who it's for.
How should I apply perfume?
- Apply to moisturised skin — dry skin sheds scent faster
- Pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears
- Don't rub your wrists together — it crushes the top notes
- Start with one or two sprays, especially with oud
- Give it an hour before judging — the dry-down is what people compliment
How should I store them?
Away from direct sunlight and heat. A bathroom windowsill in a Pakistani summer will degrade a fragrance within months. A drawer or cupboard is ideal.
Testers & Samples
What's in a sample pack?
Five 5ml testers for Rs. 1,500 — available as Men's, Women's or Mix. Each product page lists exactly which fragrances are inside.
Is there a bigger tester set?
Yes — the Tester Box of 10 is Rs. 2,100, which works out to Rs. 210 per fragrance. It's our best value way to try the range.
How long does a 5ml tester last?
Roughly 40–50 sprays — enough to wear a fragrance properly several times and know whether it works on your skin.
